Hallo, ihr Lieben, ein Freund bekam diese Karte zum Geburtstag. Passend, weil er im Urlaub gerne segeln geht. Das Bild ist ein Freebie aus dem Netz. Die unterste Lage ist Wellpappe, danach kommt ein bestempeltes Kraft-Papier, dann blaues Designerpapier.

Hi everyone, this is birthday card for a friend who loves to go sailing. This image is a freebie from the web. The first layer is corrugated paper, then I used a stamped sheet und the upper layer is a designer paper.

Little Traveller - Karte für einen Jungen / Card for a boy

Hallo, ihr Lieben. Ich zeig euch heute mal das Set, das der Sohn meiner Nichte zum Geburtstag bekam. Da das kurz vor seiner ersten Flugreise war, hab ich ein passendes Motiv gewählt, den kleinen Traveller - coloriert mit Polychromos. Zur Karte hab ich noch ein Minikärtchen mit Geldfach gemacht. Die Anhänger kamen ans Geschenk.

Hi there, I'm gonna show you the set that my niece's son got for his birthday. It was just before his first journey by air. That's why I chose the 'Little Traveller' image by Papirgleder. It's coloured with Polychromos by Faber. Also I made a small pocket for some money and two tags for the present.

Karte zur Goldenen Hochzeit / Card for a Golden Wedding Anniversary

Hallo, ihr Lieben, hier zeige ich euch eine Auftragskarte für ein Paar zur Goldenen Hochzeit. Ich sollte das Foto verarbeiten, das die Insel Tonga im Südpazifik zeigt - Traumziel der Goldpaares. Ich habe den Hintergrund mit dem Namen der Insel bestempelt. Für's festliche Design sorgen die Elemente aus gestanztem goldenen Spiegelkarton. Das Flugzeug ist ein Sticker, den ich auf das HG-Papier geklebt und ausgeschnitten habe. Und wie ich erfahren habe, hat dem Goldpaar die Karte riesig gefallen.
Hi everyone, this is a commissioned work, a card for a couple's Golden Wedding Anniversary. Their dream destination is the isand Tonga in South Pacific. I should use this picture.  I stamped the name of the island on the background paper and added a few festive items that I punched from golden mirror paper. The aircraft is a sticker that I sticked at the blue paper and cut out. And as I heard the couple loved my card!

In den Wolken / In the clouds

Für meinen viel reisenden Kollegen gibt es am Montag diese Karte. Passt thematisch wirklich bestens. Flugzeug und Text sind gestempelt und klar embosst, dann maskiert worden und darüber ist der Hintergrund gestempelt und ebenso das Frantage-Pulver geprägt worden.
This card is for my colleague who loves to travel around the world. I think that image fits perfectly to him. I stamped and embossed the image and sentiment, masked it and created the background as well as I embossed the Frantage powder.

Reise-Set / Travel set

 

Unser Nachbar und Freund feiert einen runden Geburtstag. Vom Freundeskreis gibt es einen "Reisezuschuss" für den Berlin-Ausflug. Passend dazu gibt es die Karte mit einem alten Berlin-Motiv und den kleinen Koffer, der die gerollten Scheinchen enthielt. Das blaue Papier und das ganze Köfferchen habe ich mit einem großen Hintergrundmotiv bestempelt. Der Koffer lässt sich seitlich an der Lasche mittels verstecktem Magnetverschluss öffnen. Die Karte ist im A 5 - Format, damit alle unterschreiben konnten.
Our neighbour and friend is turning to 50. The circle of friends want´s to give him a 'grant' for a trip to Berlin. I created a matching card with an old berlin image and a little suitcase which contains the dough. The blue paper and the whole suitcase were stamped with a large background image. A hidden magnetic closure is located at the side of the suitcase. The card is sized A 5 for all signatures.
This leather fibre I used is one of my favourites, because leather is always classic and noble. I use it for presents too.

Im Hintergrund habe ich Specialty Stamping Paper mit Glimmermist eingesprüht und dann als Collage mit verschiedenen Motiven bestempelt. Die blödeste Idee war, den Glückwunsch mit kleinen Stanzbuchstaben zu gestalten, das hat ewig gedauert. Hätte man ja auch ausdrucken können ...

Für jemanden, der seinen Horizont gern durch Reisen erweitert. Dafür der Landkartenstempel im Hintergrund und die Eule als Symbol der Weisheit. Die Eule habe ich braun gestempelt, klar embosst, maskiert und die Landkarte auch dort dahinter gestempelt.
For someone who loves to expand his horizon by travelling. Therfor I´ve choosen the owl as a symbol of wisdom and a map stamp for the background. I´ve stamped the owl, heat embossed it, masked it and stamped the map behind it too.

´A long journey doesn´t end at the goal. A part of us

keeps travelling in our mind´s eye.´

Karte zum 60. Geburtstag / Card for the 60th birthday

Dies ist eine Auftragsarbeit. der Herr, der seinen 60. Geburtstag feiert, bekommt eine Reise geschenkt, die zwei Tage später startet. Das Ziel wird auch erst am Abend der Fete bekanntgegeben. Das Thema sollte also auf der Karte aufgegriffen werden.
Der Hintergrundstempel ist von Impression Obsession. Da ich leider keine Flugzeugstempel habe, habe ich Sticker auf Acetat geklebt und mit Gluepads dreidimensional aufgebracht. Innen ist das Motiv nochmal in einem sehr hellen Ton gestempelt.

The principal of this card has wished that I pick up this theme.
I´ve used the huge background stamp by Impression Obsession. Because I don´t have any airplane stamp I´ve used stickers and sticked them onto acetat and then added them with gluepads on the card.
I´ve stamped the image on the inside too but with a lighter colour.
That´s a beautiful Vintage stamp, that´s why I think the card fits to the ´It´s all about the Vintage Challenge´ too. Anyway ... I try it.

Zum 60. Geburtstag

Hier ist die nächste Karte zum 60. Geburtstag des Onkels. Weil er sich Geld für eine Reise wünscht, ist diese Karte mit passenden Stempeln gestaltet. Ich stelle sie ein bei der Sweet Stampin Challenge zum Thema: Männerkarte.
This is the next card for our uncles 60th birthday. Because he wants money for a journey I have created the card with suitable images. I´ll enter the card at the Sweet Stampin Challenge: It´s a mans world.

Motiv braun gestempelt und farblos embosst, teilweise mit Perfect Pearls akzentuiert

Die Stanzbuchstaben habe ich mit Glossy Accents aufgehübscht.

Der Hintergrund ist teilweise mit dem Textstempel von Hero Arts und Versamark bestempelt und nur zart mit Perfect Pearls eingepinselt. Die Wohnwagen sind aus einem Set von Inkadinkado und mit Archival ink gestempelt. Die weißen Blümchen sind eingefärbt mit Glimmer Mist Tattered leather.
In the background I have stamped the Old letter writing by Hero Arts with Versamark. After this I´ve used a little bit of Perfect Pearls. The trailers/vans are from a Inkadikado set and stamped with Archival ink. The white flowers are coloured with Glimmer mist tattered leather.
