Hallo, ihr Guten, hier ist eine Karte für den 8. Geburtstag eines meiner Mädchen. Motiv gestempelt und mit Polychromos coloriert.
Hi everyone, here's a card for one of my pupils who's turning to 8. I stamped and coloured the image with Polychromos by Faber. I used to create my cards more fussy than clean because I think it´s harder to create beautifully modulated with sparsely material.

Vintage Männerkarte / Vintage Male Card

Für mein Väterchen zum Geburtstag. Er hatte einen runden und ich hatte 2 verschiedene zu gestalten. Ich hab ein Kindheitsfoto von ihm kopiert und verarbeitet. Das Papier hat eine Holzmaserung ... passt zu ihm, dem alten Holzwurm. Das helle Papier ist aus einem Tapetenbuch. Gestempelt ist hier nichts, dafür um so mehr gestanzt.
This card is for my dad´s birthday. I copied a childhood picture of him and punched it. The brown paper has a wood grain, that fits perfect to him. I didn´t stamp anything but so much the more I punched and die-cut.

Hallo, ihr Lieben, ein üppiger Blumenkorb erwartet hier das Geburtstagskind. Im Hintergrund sind kleine Schmetterlinge gestempelt und klar embosst. Korb, Schriftzug, Ecken und ein paar kleinere Schmetterlinge sind gestanzt. Hoffe, euch gefällt's.
Hi there, a lush flower basket is waiting for the birthday girl. I stamped a few tiny butterflies and  embossed them clearly. The basket, sentiment, corners and the golden butterflies were die-cut. Vintage-Männerkarte mit Koch / Vintage male card with a cook

Dies ist eine Auftragsarbeit für einen älteren Herrn, der gern bäckt und kocht. Das süße alte Foto von dem kleinen Koch fand ich ganz passend dafür. Im Hintergrund ist nur etwas alte Schrift gestempelt und weiß embosst, darüber etwas Frantage-Embossingpulver gestreut.
This is a commissioned work for an elderly gentleman who loves to cook and bake. I found this Vintage picture of a little cook really suitable. I only stamped an old script in the background and heat embossed it with white embossingpowder. Then I added some Frantage embossingpowder.

Romantische Karte für eine junge Frau / Romantic card for a young woman

Meine Nichte hatte mir zum Geburtstag letztes Jahr dieses zauberhafte Stempelset geschenkt. Natürlich hab ich es für ihre eigene Karte auch benutzt. Da alle Motive silbern embosst sind, war es eine Katastrophe, ein akzeptables Foto hinzubekommen. *grrrr*
My niece gave me this beautiful stamp set for my birthday last year. Of course I used it for her own birthday card. Because all images are silver embossed it was very hard to take an acceptable picture. Sorry!

Geburtstagskarte mit Gräsern / Birthday card with grasses

Hallo, ich grüße euch. Ich rappele mich gerade wieder auf, mich hatte eine Erkältung im Griff. Aber nichtsdestotrotz finden Geburtstage statt und die Leute wollen überrascht werden. :-) Hier eine Karte für eine Kollegin. Das schöne Tim-Holtz-Motiv hab ich gestempelt, klar embosst und im Hintergrund mit Distressfarben gewischt. Das weiße Papier hab ich geprägt.

Für meinen viel reisenden Kollegen gibt es am Montag diese Karte. Passt thematisch wirklich bestens. Flugzeug und Text sind gestempelt und klar embosst, dann maskiert worden und darüber ist der Hintergrund gestempelt und ebenso das Frantage-Pulver geprägt worden.
This card is for my colleague who loves to travel around the world. I think that image fits perfectly to him. I stamped and embossed the image and sentiment, masked it and created the background as well as I embossed the Frantage powder.

Diese Karte hat unsere Nachbarin bekommen, ein zartes Persönchen, sodass auch die Karte farblich recht zart gehalten wurde. Habe alles in hellem Grau gestempelt und die Blume noch vorsichtig mit Wassertankpinsel und Distressfarben aquarellig coloriert. Schönes Wochenende euch allen!
This card was for my neighbour, a delicate person, that's why I chose soft colours too for my card. I stamped all images with a light grey and coloured the flower with water and Distress Inks sheerly. For the As you like Challenge: I prefer matt paper because it look's more natural. Hallo, schönen Freitag euch allen! Farblich wie auch vom Material her ist dies eigentlich eine typische Männergeburtstagskarte, oder? Das beigefarbene Papier habe ich mit einer alten Schrift bestempelt. Dahinter ist Washi-Tape mit Zahnrädern, passend zu den Metallteilen. (Das wirkt hier leider so seltsam gelb.)
Hi there, happy friday to you all! Because of the colours and the material this is a quite typical male card, isn't it? I stamped an old script at the beige paper. Behind it is some Washi-Tape with gears, matching to the metal embellishments. I prefer matt paper because it look's more natural.

Hi everyone! My greetings to you all! I had to create a card for a 50th birthday of a dear colleague and this is the result: a mixture of festiveness and nostalgia. The sentiment and numbers are silver embossed. The blossom is handmade by me. I like this dotted embossing folder because you can use it for cards for various occassions. My colleague actually doesn´t like a style that is too flamboyant or abundant (I don´t know if it is the right translation). I hope that this card isn´t overkilled. :-)

Romantische Geburtstagskarte / Romantic birthday card

Hallo, alle zusammen! Ich hoffe, euch geht's gut! Hier mal ein ziemlich romantisches Kärtchen. Alles in Weiß, Zartrosa und Silber gehalten. Auch die Wellpappe hat einen Hauuch von Rose. Die ist aus einemWellpappeblock in 6x6 Inch in verschiedenen Farbtönen - fand ich klasse - hab ich mir zu Weihnachten schenken lassen. :-D Den rosa Streifen im Hintergrund hab ich geprägt und dann mit Distressfarbe eingefärbt.

Vintage C&S-Männerkarte / Vintage C&S male card

Hier gibt's mal eine C&S-Karte für einen Radfahrer, also ziemlich reduziert und zurückhaltend gestaltet. Passt doch auch ganz gut als Herrenkarte. Das Männermotiv-Set habe ich neu, es sind noch mehr Vintage-Motive enthalten. Den Hintergrund habe ich zusammengepuzzelt, der Mauer-Stempel an sich ist nicht so groß.
Here's a clean and simple card for a biker. I think it fits perfectly as a male card. This is a new stamp set from katzelkraft that I bought. It comprises a few more nice Vintage images. This wall stamp is even not a large as on my card, I had to assemble a few prints.

Fußball-Männerkarte / Football male card

Hallo, ihr Guten! Die Karte ist für den Freund meiner Tochter zum Geburtstag. Ich habe Naturfarben und ein bisschen Metall mit dem Thema Fußball kombiniert. Aber das sollte nicht ganz so vordergründig wirken, daher nur der Fußball als Hauptmotiv. Ich hatte kürzlich ein ganzes Set mit Fußballmotiven bei "Ideen mit Herz" gekauft nach dem Motto "kann man ja immer gebrauchen" ;-)  , der Rest ist von SU. Der Hintergrund ist in der Embossingresisttechnik entstanden: Motive klar gestempelt und klar embosst, dann braun darüber gewischt. Ihm hat's gefallen, ich hoffe, euch auch.
Hi there! This card is for my daughter's boyfriend. I combined some natural colours and a few metal embellishments with the football theme. But I hoped that it doesn't appear that ostensible. That's why I chose only one football as the main image. Some images are from a new football set that I bought recently, the rest is from SU. I created the background with the embossing resist technique: I stamped and embossed the images with clear embossingpowder and then sponged over it with brown Distress Ink. He liked it, so I hope you too. :-)

Hi crafters! This card is for my uncle. Only the sentiment was stamped. I used some Washi Tapes, a cardboard sticker from LaBlanche (my newest stuff) and some die-cut pieces. The paper is from my stash, I guess a few years old. The book page is from a real old book - it's not a stamped image. I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday but rotated it.

Mädchengeburtstag 2 / Girly Birthday 2

Eins meiner Mädchen hat Geburtstag. Für sie gab´s diese niedliche Karte. Coloriert ist mit Polychromos von Faber. Das Papier ist schon hundealt, wahrscheinlich aus meinen Anfangszeiten. Einige Blogs thematisieren zurzeit "etwas Neues". Dafür nehme ich meinen Blümchennachschub von Blümchen von 'I am roses'.
One of my pupils celebrates her birthday. I created this cute card for her. The image was coloured with Polychromos by Faber. This paper is probably from my years as I was a crafty greenhorne. Mit Gold zum 90. Geburtstag / With gold for a 90th birthday

Hallo, ihr Lieben! Für den 90. Geburtstag einer älteren Dame habe ich diese Karte gestaltet. Text und das Rahmenmotiv um den Text habe ich in Gold embosst, ebenso die gerissenen Kanten. Die ausgestanzten Buchstaben habe ich mit dem selben Pulver geprägt. Aber ehe das einigermaßen eben aussah, habe ich bestimmt drei Schichten Pulver benötigt. Verflixte Fummelei ... zwischendurch möchte man alles aus dem Fenster schmeißen. :-)
Jedenfalls wünsche ich euch allen einen guten Rutsch und alles Gute im kommenden Jahr!
Hi everyone! I created this card for a lady who's turning to 90. I heat embossed the sentiment, the ornament around it and the torn edges with gold. I embossed the die-cut letters with gold, but I had to repeat it three times before it looked more or less well. Dratted fiddling ... intermittent I wanted to throw it out of the window. :-) The blossom is handmade from organza.

Hier ein kleines Gutscheintäschchen mit einer Geschenk-Karte - also ziemlich klein. Ich hab nur Schneeflocken und den Text gestempelt und weiß embosst.

This is a gift card holder with an IKEA-voucher inside. I just stamped the snowflakes and the sentiment and heat embossed it white.

2 Weihnachtskarten / 2 Christmas cards

Hallo, ihr Guten, hier noch zwei gleiche Weihnachtskarten. Im HG hab ich nur die Zweige gestempelt. Einmal mit Versmark und Enamel-Embossingpulver (klar mit weißem Glitzer) geprägt und dann noch mal in Braun drübergestempelt. Die gestanzten Baume hab ich geprägt, den weißen noch mit Enamel-Pulver embosst.
Hi there, here are two more Christmas cards. I stamped the branches in the background, once with Versamark and then heat embossed it with Enamel-powder and then stamped a few more with brown. The die-cut trees were dry embossed. The white one ist heat embossed with enamel-powder too. I love the branch stamp because of the Vintage design.

Hallo, ihr Lieben! Schönen 4. Advent euch allen!
Ich habe in den letzten Wochen (wirklich Wochen!) unser knapp 100seitiges Urlaubsalbum mit Bildern vom Sommerurlaub erstellt. Ein CEWE-Fotobuch, aber mit digitalen Scrapbookingelementen (CDs gab es bei Ebay). Was für eine Arbeit! Nun hab ich in Windeseile noch paar Weihnachtskarten gebaut. *puh* Hier ist eine davon. Gestempelt, gewischt und mit Frantage-Embossingpulver ein paar "Schnee-Effekte" imitiert.

Here's a Christmas card with lots of stamping and sponging. I created a snowy effect with some Frantage embossingpowder. This Christmas stamp set from Tim Holtz is one of my favourites because of the nice Vintage effect. Love it!

Oh, was für eine Steigerung! Wenn das zahlenmäßig so weitergeht, bin ich gut versorgt. :-D Diese Karten sind also fast die gleichen wie im letzten Beitrag, nur mit vertauschten Farben. Die Sterne sind mit Versamark gestempelt und entweder in Gold oder Weiß geprägt.
What a numerical rise! If I continue like that I'll be well provided with cards. :-D These cards are almost the same as in the last post but with interchanged colours. The stars are stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with gold or white.
